Suzanne Anderson, M.A., Partner
Suzanne Anderson, MASuzanne’s passion for the awakening of innate potential has been the guiding force in her ever-evolving personal and professional journey. As an early pioneer in the field of Transformative Learning, she led the way in using the outdoors as a classroom for leadership development. She continued this focus in experiential education as the co-creator of a highly acclaimed woman’s empowerment program taught around the world.

The success of this early work launched her as a senior leadership consultant and coach facilitating personal and organizational change. Sought after for her powerful transformative approach with clients, and conversant in both French and Italian, she designed and delivered executive change efforts in many multinational corporations in North America and abroad. Her spirit of adventure and love of the outdoors aligned in the creation of adventure-based leadership programs in the wilderness, sailing, and skiing. An ongoing love of learning led her to adjunct faculty positions in university leadership programs in both North America and Europe.

Over a decade ago she recognized the gap in leadership development offerings for women and began her research into a new Feminine approach to Leadership. Following her Masters Degree in psychology, with a focus on women’s development, she founded Kore Leadership, the precursor of her current business. In this rich collaborative environment, she designed and facilitated transformative, university- certified programs uniquely structured to enable women to cultivate their innate love, wisdom and power. She continues on today with the expansion of this work as a partner in Kore Evolution, a social enterprise whose mission is the awakening and development of integral women leaders as stewards in the co-evolution of a positive future.

Along with her creativity and sense of humor, she brings a capacity for deeply seeing the exquisite essential nature of her clients. Drawing upon her substantial training and experience in integral coaching, Jungian Studies, the Enneagram, Human Design and developmental psychology, she creates uniquely powerful learning environments. Using her well-developed intuition and practice in theatre arts, she is a masterful creator and guide of transformative ritual process, a powerful feature of Kore Evolution’s urban mystery school. This multi-faceted, depth approach to her work is grounded in 30 years of study and practice in various spiritual paths and is a vital aspect of her life today.

When not engaged in her passion for transformation, Suzanne is savoring the simplicity of being – relaxing into the timelessness of tides, tall trees, and eagles on Vashon Island, where she lives with her husband David and feline friend Emma.

Susan Cannon, Ph.D., Partner
Susan Cannon, PhDSusan is a scholar-practitioner who shaped her career to guide and inspire those who are influencing a global transformation to a positive, beautiful, and life affirming future for us all. She is a partner in Kore Evolution, a social enterprise dedicated to the awakening and development of integral women leaders and the cultivation of a new Feminine Leadership. For over a decade, she has collaboratively developed a transformative technology uniquely designed for women’s development, facilitating it through a series of highly successful university certificate programs.

Susan is a certified integral coach through Integral Coaching Canada and an adjunct professor with the Bainbridge Graduate Institute, which offers an MBA and certificate program in sustainable business. Her life has been colorful example of teaching what she needs and wants to learn, as she continues to open a path to a new model of leadership. After receiving a B.S. in Engineering Physics at Texas Tech University and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering at Purdue University, Susan began her career as an interdisciplinary scientist and engineer.  She held corporate positions in the defense, semiconductor, and demolition industries, holds a US patent for SIPONT, and was Associate Professor of Management at Antioch University Seattle. As a senior executive in the demolition industry, she was instrumental in launching an award- winning and highly profitable recycling division. Her programs for improving the workplace also received state awards. At Talkspot Studios, a pioneer of internet radio, Susan produced and co-hosted a three hour weekly interview show on spirituality and consciousness.

Susan first turned toward the human and spiritual dimensions of transformation, complexity, and evolutionary change when she co-operated an historic charter flight service between Alaska and the Soviet Far East. She witnessed first hand the collapse of the Soviet empire, then lived and worked in the Russian Republic during its tumultuous early years. That experience led Susan to the California Institute of Integral Studies, where she received her Ph.D. in Integral Studies with a concentration in Transformative Learning and Change in Human Systems. She led collaborative research and development projects on the emerging field of social enterprise and cultural synergy in China, India, and Mexico. Susan's dissertation on The Positive Image of the Future for the US in the Year 2020 introduced her to futures studies and awakened her to the essential role of the Feminine in co-creating a positive future.

At Kore Evolution, Susan is deeply grateful and amazed at her good fortune to serve as a guide to initiate women into the love, wisdom, and power of integral leadership. She is a devoted practitioner of hatha flow yoga and meditation, and a lover of art and The Beauty Way.  Susan lives in downtown Seattle, where she can walk to work and experience the enlivening contrast of city buzz with the natural beauty of sea, forest, and mountains. She enjoys life with her husband David and cats Rumi and Sammarah.
